Open registrations for the SymbNET PhD Summer School
Registrations are open to the “SymbNET PhD Summer School on Host-Microbe Symbioses 2023” taking place at the Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência (FCG-IGC), Oeiras, Portugal in July (2nd-15th)!
This Summer School is targeted at second or later years PhD students studying or interested in studying host-microbe symbioses. We will foster diversity and equity in research by recruiting students from different cultures and research backgrounds.
Hotel, meals, and travel are sponsored for accepted students.
The programme includes lectures, research seminars, and the development of a short-written research project to be presented by the students.
Students from different backgrounds and low performances countries are encouraged to apply!
This course is organized by SymbNET and the FCG-IGC, together with the Moore Foundation, the Católica Biomedical Research Centre, the Origin and Functions of Metaorganisms Collaborative Research Centre 1182 (CRC 1182), and the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR).
